When Should My Payment be Postmarked?


Payment must be received on or before the due date. The postmark on the payment envelope is not recognized as being current.

Do You Have a Layaway Plan?


We have a plan in which you may place your merchandise in storage for a maximum of 120 days. Below are the conditions:


  • There is a non-refundable fee that is earned when merchandise is stored in Star's warehouse for more than 30 days and later cancelled by the customer
  • A deposit of 25% of the purchase price is required in order to place the merchandise in storage
  • The maximum length of time the merchadise can be kept in storage is 120 days. If the customer, for any reason, cancels the order after 30 days, the deposit is forfeited and may not be applied to a subsequent purchase
  • The fee will be waived in its entirety when the customer accepts the merchandise within the time period described herein
  • This agreement may be extended for a maximum of 60 additional days with an additional non-refundable deposit of 10% of the purchase price. Any alteration in the agreement must be described and signed by Star's management and the customer.

Do You Have a Price-Match Guarantee?


Star Furniture offers a price protection policy for our customers. It states, "...if you find the identical item at any other store in Texas for less than our price, within 21 days of purchase, simply bring us the ad or other verification and we will refund the difference. Offers to special orders do not apply."

What is the Warranty on My Furniture?


Every item Star Furniture sells is warranted against defects in material or workmanship. The warranty period is twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Do You Deliver to Small Outlying Towns like Boerne, TX?


Yes, we will deliver to Boerne, TX. Delivery to that area is normally scheduled for Tuesday through Saturday. Read more about delivery here.

Do You Carry Appliances like Refrigerators and Dishwashers?


While Star carries furniture for every room in your home, we do not carry appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers or TVs.
