Fran Foster has been an interior designer since 1980. She has specialized in custom draperies, bedding, shutters and all hard treatments since 1985.

As the Manager of Star Furniture's Custom Drapery department in Houston for almost five years, Fran works directly with sales associates and their guests throughout the Houston area. Personally handling all custom orders, she creates a liaison between vendor and client. She ensures that all custom products meet exact specifications and are delivered as promised.

"As an important entity of the Star family, our aim is to provide superb quality products and the absolute best in customer service. We offer not only the tried and true custom window covering styles and products, but also cutting edge fabrics, hardware and up to the minute styles. Creating beautiful surroundings for each client – a place they love to come home to is my goal," says Foster.
