Please contact Guardsman at 1-800-253-3957 or click on this link. You must contact Guardsman within 5 days of the occurrence and be able to explain what happened; unexplained occurrences are not covered. Guardsman will provide further instructions.

What can I expect to happen on a service call?
The Customer Service rep will usually schedule a technician to come to your home:

  • The technician will touch-up or make repairs in your home
  • The technician will identify and order a part for you
  • The technician will schedule your merchandise to be picked up and brought into our shop
  • On rare occasions the merchandise may need to be replaced, at Star Furniture’s option

Television Service

There is a 1-year warranty on Mitsubishi Television parts and labor. Please call Mitsubishi Consumer Relations at 1-949-830-8364 (this is not toll-free) for service.
