Tempur-Pedic Cloud Luxe

Purchased a tempur-pedic king advanced ergo system and was told that if it did not do what it was to do due to health condition that the bed could be returned and we would only lose the $350. restocking fee. Upon attempting to return the bed we were then told that the base which cost $3200 plus the $350 was the charge as the bases were non returnable. We were told that the company would not take them back. Beware of salespeople that do not tell the entire truth. Shame on Star Furniture.
