Composition: Wood veneers and solids
Wood & Finish: Finishing process utilizes up to 30 steps, including 13 steps of hand-sanding and accenting. All items receive two coats of high solid lacquer for extra depth and long-lasting durability. Case interiors are finished to eliminate unsightly raw wood.
Style: Traditional
Handles & Haredware: All hardware is die cast for extra long life .
Case Detail: In some cases, a molded resin us used to simulate wood carvings. On most designs, end panels extend to the flooe for added strength and stability. Many cases feature sturdy levelers to permit adjustment on uneven floors.

Drawer / Shelf Construction: Drawers feature English dovetail construction at front and back for exceptional strength, plywood drawer bottoms attached to plywood drawer sides with hot glue for strength, and a urethane or high-solids lacquer finish for smoothness and durability.
Drawer Suspension: Certain drawers feature a durable wood-on-wood drawer guides. Male guides are waxed for consistent smooth operation. Guides connect to dust frame rails with interlocking notches for precise fit. Screws attach the guide to the fron dust frame for strength.
Description Top: Most tops are five-ply tops, which are lumber banded for added edge protection and for stable panel construction.
Case Construction: Case frames are assembled from solid lumber and select wood veneers, with strong mortise and tenon joints, reinforced by mechanical fastners and glue.
